@CarlosStephenPR in ny the state qualifing tournoment is called sections, which consists of multiple counties sometimes but not in section 11's case it only has one suffolk county, and when you make it to states in ny u get a singlet from your section in this case section 11, volpe was the section champ by beating puca but puca had enough points to qualify for a wildcard to states
