Those are the nicest concrete counter tops I've ever seen. I want to start doing these myself....what coloration products do you use? There are so many on the market...any tips? Beautiful work again. Appreciated, TY.
Soooooo pretty! We're moving into a 70's home and the cabinets are white (mdf?) but not nice looking. I wonder if this would work to make the kitchen more attractive. Also, I was thinking about this technique on the bathroom counters (ugly yellow/orange color).
Nice work, I am going to start mine this winter. I am going to start with a small table top and work up to the counters - thanks for the video - but there is no way I am going to let my wife see this - you set the bar pretty high - all the best
If you look at 2:15 - 2:19 you will notice the stone is cut short to the inside of the sink. It is supposed to pass the inside sink edge at least 1/4" that way when you sweep all the crud off your tops, it actually falls in your sink and doesnt get caught on the edhe of it!!
There are different ways to mount undermount sinks. Some people like them flush, some like them with a little reveail, and even some like the countertops to be 1/8"-1/4" over the inside.
Everyone; these countertops are nice, but are ONLY for those who cannot afford the real thing "NATURAL GRANITE"!! The maintenance on these tops is ridiculous!! Nothing beeats the real thing, EVER!! And Sir', why would anyone want to have a that food CRUD accumilate on the inside of thier sink? Sounds like your not educating you clients to well!!
Ironfreaks I was going to block you, but then again I really do take peoples advise carefully. Even though I built our kitchen top around the sink as we were instructed it still bothered you. You are a person of great detail. That is good. I do install the tops even with the sink opening most of the time but sometimes the homeowner wants the sink to show more. They love their sinks I guess. We build custom and that means unless it involves integrity we build for the client. Thanks
Your countertops are some of the best that I have ever seen you guys should be proud. I love the colorations and old world look. I love your style and good luck with all your projects in the future.
Beautiful work.

Nice work, do you etch them for the dye or just sponge/ spray it onto cured concrete? If you care to share and if not keep up the great work.

Beautiful colors! Did you apply the colors while concrete was wet by troweling it in and stamping it in or did you spray it on after it cured?

Thank you, I actually installed a countertop for my daughter last year. We stamped both my grand daughter and grandsons hand print in the top.
As they grow older what a gift to them.

If the cabinets are mdf this limestone might be too heavy. It weighs the same as granite. Thank you for the comment. Where are you from?

Yes I did. It was my father in law's house. Kind of a free job.

I'd paint them black, no maybe a dark taupe--pull a color out of the concrete---man that would be fabulous. I LOOOOVVVEEE your work!!
