if you think about it the jedis were evil as the siths.

And the Empire wanted to keep peace, but the rebels didnt give them a chance. Allso the empire did somethings wrong, like they started to slave other speaces like Wookies, Geonosians, Mon Calamarians and others.

Of course it would seem that way to the majority of the universe. The propoganda stated that the Jedi were magicians that betrayed the republic.

The Imperial ranks were mostly filled with patriotic young men that wanted to help maintain order and peace. They believed that the Empire existed to save freedom.

The rebels were considered to be savage criminals.

Also, the rebels were tied to the Jedi and the aristocratic rulers of the past. Most the Imperials came from poorer homes.

Well I may be wrong but as far as I understand most Jedi and Siths were poor but when their force sensitivity came to be noticed by the Jedi they were taken to Coruscant and lived well, the Sith didnt had formally the power to introduce someone in the republic but as they were masters infiltrators did the same, like when Darth Plageis made Palpatine a senator

The Galactic Empire seems to be a very good way of keeping the peace in the galaxy, best form of goverment. The empire shouldn't be seen as bad guys, they are just enforcing the peace.

Well to be fair, the Galactic Republic lasted for 25,000 years. Any state that could endure for that long of a time must have had a stable and efficient government or else it wouldn't have been for so long. Still I agree with you though, compared to the corruption and mind-boggling inefficiency that preceded it, the Galactic Empire is like a utopia.

Yes, but the TIE bombers like to do more bombing runs along the targets, exceptions sometimes like here, the Stukas are more prone to nosediving directly at a target. but George Lukas did draw star wars from westerns, WW2 movies, and pirate films, and put them all together in one big sci fi mash up.

They're not Deathstars they are Torpedo Spheres. Often refered to as mini deathstars these are seige weapons capable of firing 350 proton torpedos in one shot.
