I've been trying to figure out that one too. I think the majority of the rhythm is played straight 16ths on the snare, using your left hand for the hi-hat choke and finishing the phrase with a single paradiddle with your right hand accenting with that trash hat thing Jon Theodore uses. On the paradiddle, where you would double-stroke with the right, use a single but still double with the bass drum underneath. Thats the way I think I saw it in concert.
