Try and lighten down a bit on the choreography too, until you work on your vocals a bit more then the movements won't look as if you're making up for that.
You've got a beautiful voice but try acting yourself and not trying to imitate Joss, sing it in your own style.. focus on the lyrics more and practice breathing from your diaphragm and that will put less stress on your vocal chords.
good stuff. nice tone as well. pronounciation could be a bit better. but joss doesnt really pronounciate to well on the original version so i guess youve got it down pat :D
