Dennis Kucinich makes sense and always has since day one of opposing the Iraq war resolution and opposing the funding. Historical precedent with stopping the funding has brought our troops home in the past. Congress has the power of the purse to do this. Daily our soldiers and Iraqi civilians die. No more lives lost.
