There have been so many times when nature has reminded me of the truth and brought me back on track. Nature is such an amazing teacher and healer!!! I believe the fact we are afraid to express ourselves comes from the childhoold, the education and our environment. Those who grew up in a very strict conservative family imposing a lot of bannings, strict codes of discipline, etc... will feel guilty the day we start to expressing ourself.

Sometimes, when you are expressing your authentic self "too loudly" some people don't like it and they'll never stop to put you down, mocking you, criticizing you all the time (whenever and whatever you are doing) so you have to be careful with which people you are surrounded. This video touches on what I feel so strongly about....That most of our issues stem from how we were treated and told throughout childhood. It is soo obvious to me, yet many ppl fail to see the importance of it. You mention in some of your vids that you were totally supported by your parents growing up. That may be the reason you "came into your own" so quickly, without severe emotional blockages and beliefs. Would you agree?

@LuluBre02 I agree partially. I had parents that supported me, yet I experienced a lot of rejection early on from school kids. I had beliefs that stemmed from lack of self -love/ self- worth, which can be very damaging & limiting. I am who I am today because of my parent's support, but also because I chose to do A LOT of inner work! I mean, A LOT!!! :)
