A truley great Left Winger. Beautifully balanced and graceful player. Loved taking people on. Didn't have blistering pace. But was quick. But his delivery of a cross and the ability to beat a defender with just shrugging his shoulders sometimes made you get out of your seat!

Suffered injuries at the wrong time in his career, otherwise he would have played more times for his country, and would have become recognised around the world. Played in a time when defenders were not protected.
