that sux about what happened at the funeral. When my great grandma died, my family didn't even tell me until 2 months after 'cause they didn't want me to show up at the funeral or any family event after -- they won't even tell me where her grave is!

As for what happened at your grandfather's funeral, that sucks. Maybe you can visit his grave in the future with some family members that are more openminded and say your tribute then, or all by yourself so at least the spirit of your grandfather can hear it.

Oh, thats really worst what happens after the dead from you grandfather... I really can´t understand people like these ones and it is okay (and also normal) that you sad and angry about what happens. Show your true feelings and emotions - thats the best way. *hugs*

It's so unfortunate that you couldn't recount to those at the funeral a true story about your grandfather. I think it's something they should have heard, regardless of their sensibilities -- that your grandfather embraced you for who you are. If they don't think that's what Jesus would have done, they are sadly mistaken. Sigh. Congrats again on job, and I hope the ups keep outweighing the downs.

Sorry to hear about your grandfather and the issues at the funeral. Family can be really tough.. It is lovely to see a new video, how far you have come and to hear the great news about the job. Hopefully I'll have the courage to make a video or two once I come out at work in a few months time. It will be an interesting time so Ill have something to talk about then.
