In another part of this speech Obama pointed out that when McCain was recently asked how many houses he owns, he would have to talk to his advisors before providing the answer. Obama then said that McCain owns 7 homes, and this emphasized just how out of touch McCain is with the daily struggles of Americans meeting their mortgages. I think this is a winning argument for Obama. Uber-wealthy McCain is very far removed from everyday Americans, from everyday reality. Obama needs to hammer this home.
