Thanks a lot y'all, a software isn't that important, having a strong traditional background is important, digital painting is a powerful solution but nothing is better than the real thing though! no Ctrl+Z!!!

Aah yes, This is the kind of stuff i'd like to get better at, I've been painting/coloring in photoshop / OC / painter X for some time now and I must admit, I have a very hard time painting like this; using the transparent colours- as in not giving it 100% when stroking. pretty rough in the start. I end up being too cell-shading and my choice of colour tend to suck aswel. I guess it's all about practice when it comes down to stuff like this.
