These private companies (who would've died out had it not been for the American Indian) funded the settlements and kept them alive for centuries prior to the Revolution. Our foundation is very different from traditional colonies (government backed).

Private companies were sent to the Americas and established their own governance (which was kept to the business owners), early plutocracy (government run by the wealthy). The early settlers failed miserably and the American Indians showed them how to cultivate native crops...

To cut costs, you'll have to cut spending. And with fluctuation among the population the needs differ generation from generation. A business doesn't have the best interest in the employees, that'd be counter productive.

Trump clearly has some very good ideas on the economy (demanding respect, competing with China, etc.) My only worry is that he does not have political experience. I would also like to hear some of his opinions on social issues. Overall, I think he would be a good candidate. I would take him over Obama any day of the week.
I live in Panama where the president has a 76% approval rating....He was a wealthy businessman who made his fortune with a grocery chain. That's what it takes to understand how to run a country. If you can run a successful business and keep your employees honest and reasonably happy those qualities are invaluable. That is the way the world works. Not with the convoluted schemes that the politicians understand....does it work or doesn't it? Let's make it work and pay people a fair wage.
Trade wars and currency wars typically lead to physical wars, so I don't see how trade tariffs with China will help. The solution is to become competitive again and attract goods producing companies back to the USA while remaining open to buying cheap goods from China. Inflation and tariffs would be harsh on Americans. Unfortunately, our American lifestyle has become too lazy to be competitive. Case in point - Obamacare, which we can't afford to put on our tab, yet we passed it.

These private companies (who would've died out had it not been for the American Indian) funded the settlements and kept them alive for centuries prior to the Revolution. Our foundation is very different from traditional colonies (government backed).

Private companies were sent to the Americas and established their own governance (which was kept to the business owners), early plutocracy (government run by the wealthy). The early settlers failed miserably and the American Indians showed them how to cultivate native crops...

To cut costs, you'll have to cut spending. And with fluctuation among the population the needs differ generation from generation. A business doesn't have the best interest in the employees, that'd be counter productive.

I usually agree with Michael Savage but on Free Markets he is completely wrong. His fiscal policies sound like those of Hugo Chavez. How he can be critical of Hugo Chavez I just dont know! Trump clearly has some very good ideas on the economy (demanding respect, competing with China, etc.) My only worry is that he does not have political experience. I would also like to hear some of his opinions on social issues. Overall, I think he would be a good candidate. I would take him over Obama any day of the week.

I live in Panama where the president has a 76% approval rating....He was a wealthy businessman who made his fortune with a grocery chain. That's what it takes to understand how to run a country. If you can run a successful business and keep your employees honest and reasonably happy those qualities are invaluable. That is the way the world works. Not with the convoluted schemes that the politicians understand....does it work or doesn't it? Let's make it work and pay people a fair wage.

Trade wars and currency wars typically lead to physical wars, so I don't see how trade tariffs with China will help. The solution is to become competitive again and attract goods producing companies back to the USA while remaining open to buying cheap goods from China. Inflation and tariffs would be harsh on Americans. Unfortunately, our American lifestyle has become too lazy to be competitive. Case in point - Obamacare, which we can't afford to put on our tab, yet we passed it.
