  • i love how in every single picture there was a smile on her face despite what shes going through..beautiful (:

  • This was so beautiful & tugged at my heart strings. I am not quite a year out of treatment. A year ago I was bald as a Q ball and today I am feeling renewed and healthy . I'm a 50 year old woman who is finally grabbing the brass ring!!! I will never take my health or my life for granted again!!! Your video was a beautiful tribute to your fight against breast cancer, done with smiles & positive attitude. Sending healing thoughts and energy your way as you embrace your 'second chance'. Jan

  • @janny992 God Bless you on your journey and YOUR second chance. It's a Hell of a Journey - but we CAN come out the other side..with the the BEST of what we are still in tact. Our hearts and our souls.

  • Very inspiring, thank you for sharing, my daughter was 3 when she was diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent a mastectomy, she is now 5 growing like a weed and just started Sr Kindergarten yesterday. There videos will be inspiring and learning as she grows and develops into a little lady.. Wish you all the best.. we will be walking in the CIBC walk for the cure in October.. who will you be walking for???

  • @melaniemhunter - you are incredible. I have to say - with my limited knowledge i've NEVER heard of someone SO YOUNG dealing with this. The poor little munkin. I'm so so SO glad she is okay and growing like a the weeds that all children are supposed to grow like. God Bless her and may she remain cancer free for EVER! And God Bless YOU for being such an incredible mom. i live in Santa Cruz California so..no, i won't be walking in the CIBC walk - but i'll be there in spirit! XOXOXO Ginilu

  • this really brought some well needed tears. my mom passed 08/1/2010 from head and neck cancer and since then i have pushed away so many tears just to try to get through daily life. yes, cancer sucks. it sucks the life out of way too many too soon. please, if you know anyone who smokes, beg them to quit. Love longer, forgive faster, live every day like its your last.

  • @metalmulisha19 oh my gosh - thank you for your post and for taking the time to watch. Tears can often be very liberating. Believe me - i've cried plenty. For me, for all the friends and family members i've lost. Take care of yourself ! Ginilu

  • Id love to know who is singing this and where to find them... I was truly touched... watched this for 6 hours over and over again...

  • @ponchoroo hi there. Well - you've found her :O) - i actually 'stole' my daughter Gabrielle's youtube account years ago, and can't figure out how to change the name - but yes, this is me. I live in Santa Cruz California. - and if you want to email me direct use ginilu@comcast.net Thank you so much for your very kind words. Please feel free to share this video with anyone that needs a 'boost' xoxoxo GL

  • This brought me to tears, happy tears. I am 23 fighting this...what seems to be, endless battle...and seeing people like you, watching, reading, hearing your stories, gives me hope...hope that seem to fade every so often. I wasn't sure how to handle this at 23, hell I wasn't sure I wanted to, but I just want to say THANK YOU, for giving me a reason<3 God Bless you!

  • @newyork34705 OH SISTA... I am so sad to read posts like this... my youngest daughter (who's youtube i have officially hi-jacked) is 24..... message me on this thing if you want ... i'd love to stay in touch. And thank you for your VERY KIND words... Ginilu

  • @GabrielleRobinson For a long time I was struggling to stay positive, it was hard to see the bright side of any of this, my son is only 3, and all I kept telling myself is God I just want to live long enough to see him grow up. But after seeing your video, I realized I needed to stop thinking about what MIGHT be, and start focusing on what CAN be, if I just keep my faith high. You have lifted my spirts, and given me a sense of hope. I am soooo proud of you for continuing to fight<3

  • @newyork34705 takes one to KNOW one. :O) ... here is my 'real' email: ginilu@comcast.net - would love to stay in touch. And please - don't feel bad about struggling to stay positive. For the LOVE OF GOD - it's a twillight zone of emotions from the moment you first find out till.... well ha! it still is. There really IS NO bright side to Breast Cancer - unless you count the PAY IT FORWARD thing... and it's okay to say I'm having a sucky day peoples... help me out here... xoxoxo
