yeah odenkirk was a brilliant actor. way more range than cross, but cross complemented him with his sharp sardonic wit and writing (i take it he wrote more). perfect team.

in the first season they both wrote all of it, together. second season and on they started getting writers and shared all writing duties. if you get the show guide it actually says who wrote what. but, mostly it was them two... one didn't write more than the other

The book is written by Bob's wife Naomi, it's got some really cool episode guide and lots of info on the writting on history of bob and david, the title is a little misleading "Mr. Show: What Happened" it doesn't say more than like 2 paragraphs about why they stopped doing the show, but it's still a great book, lots of laugh and good commentary on each episode
