I think Samara and Morinth should be romance options in ME3 (I don't really care as much about Morinth though). My guess is if you're Renegade and chose Morinth, you'll be able to romance her (without dying) in ME3. However, if you're Paragon, she'll try to kill you. Conversely, if you're Paragon and chose Samara, you should be able to romance her in ME3. However, if you're Renegade, then she'll try to kill you.
