Really love your version of this song. Just beautiful. Any chance you could shed some light on your left hand voicings? and block chords? Your advice would not go astray :) Thanks
by the way: (;-)) i´m really enjoyed in watching your videos - i found many ideas in your playing for me - i hope that there will be more videos of standarts of you in the future!
@yushis1 please... how can you compare this very good pianist to Gyuri Villas who is among the very best on YT on probably in the World. Keep playin' Yesbergerman, good job.
So by the first 10 seconds I knew that your playing on this song was amazing, and then I get halfway through.. and another wave of amazement hits me as I realize you're playing by memorization.
Fantastic stuff :) I particularly appreciated the use of "light and dark" in the playing - (just because you can play all the time doesn't mean you should). Dynamics were also good (eg. around 2:55 to let the bass player come through)

As cheezy as it is.

not memorization- improvisation essentially

Oh yeah- that may be the case.
Never heard the piece before this so- wouldn't know! Haha.

@Tiffanyjlc it's not memorization even, he's improvising. crazy to think that he just pulls shit that good out of his head.

The 4's were messed up, but you recovered. Very uninteresting 4's by the drummer.

Devon You have a very nice tight chord structure going! I enjoyed this a lot!
