I play at holland christian and he I remeber when he played use. we had our best defender who was perty good and we would double him all the time. he dropped sumthing like 53 on us. It was crazy. like knockin em down from 3 feet inside the half line.

Dunno why people gave this guy minuses for his comment. He does. Drew's shot isn't textbook but it still works just fine.  He kind of uses his offhand on his shot and not just to guide, but his shot is still pretty to watch.

Yeah but Drew Neitzel isn't really a point guard. I guess by name he is, and he can make some great passes, but I usually don't see him running the offense for the Spartans. I guess that's why we disagree, I consider Drew a 2-guard, and a 2-guard who is 6' or whatever he is will have great difficulty in the NBA, I guess he could make the switch though.

yea qtip215 JJ Redick Minus all the records, ability, and awards. Neitzel is a pretty good player but not really even in Redicks league. Not to mention Redick got about 100% more abuse(both verbal/physical) when he played,and neitzel really doesnt got through through much(if any)of that.

Well Neitzel will never be as good as Reddick because Reddick is about 7 inches taller which makes his jumpshot FAR more deadly. Neitzel is a good shooter but in the NBA, a guy his height cannot get a shot off.

i hate to agree but your right. Neitzel is too short and too slow. he was a great college player and thats all hell ever be. maybe hell have a career in europe and do the same thing charlie bell did. as much as i adore drew neitzel as a player and a person, hes isnt good enough to play in the NBA we would have to run screen after screen to get him open and hen the pass would have to be perfect if one thing gets messed up, new play, neitzels screwed

Mmhmm. Plus, in the NBA, with a 24 second clock, you usually only have time to run one play, at least a play that takes as long as the one you described.
