Thank you Suzanna. You are inspiring me as I am in the early stages of waking up and have a lot of "energies" holding on that I am committed to melting down. In the past, I've become extremely demoralized because I've wanted everything to change today. I am now trying to remember to be present as well as committed. I find that I must fight hard to stay awake.; one moment at a time. I have dug a big hole for myself; now its time to build a beautiful swimming pool; one shovel at a time.
