I agree with Haseeb, I love watching the incredible flexibility and form of beautiful females practicing the art which I practiced for 15 years in my younger days and these kicks simply cannot overcome mass and physics.

It is always pretty to see these women who are so flexible and have good technique like this, but please don't write in the description that these women "can kick your ass". That is rather provocative. Furthermore, as a martial artist myself for over 27 years, I can tell you that a person's ability to do kicks like this has very little to do with their fighting ability. Most of these kicks are too weak to be of any use in fighting (inside or outside the dojo/dojang).

I think some people are taking these videos with the context that the ladies in them would use only these techniques in a street fight. This is the 'art' side of martial arts...it still takes WILL and determination to develop these techniques regardless of practical application. You dont go up to someone who is conditioning themselves in a gym and say, "oh yeah...but can you use that push up in a street against MMA"....im read comments like 'do a foots sweep or an arm bar...LOL!! lighten up.
