Why does everybody blow such a nut on Gin and Juice?
I befriended the Coyotes when they had just graduated high school. I lived with them for years and hauled all their equipment around. Remember Big Al and Fagzonx? Probably not. I was around for the early Gourds but lost touch to an extent. It has been a year since I have talked to Kevin and at least 4 years since I spoke to Jimmy. I don't understand the ginjuice thing either my favorite song was "when wine was cheap"
i lived at South Lamar and Barton Springs and my roommate's girlfriend was friends with the bassist (Jimmy?). Ah Austin...moved to Chicago and then LA. Thanks for the note
well, i am about to recommend this band to everyone I know. It is a shame that they got so much hype from Gin and Juice when these songs are so much better. Nonetheless, i hope it catapaults them much deserved stardom.
one of the best bands in america, hands down. have been for years. this is a fun look at the early days of the steamy bowl (i'm assuming that's where this was shot).
