ok but search this vid Ozzfest 2008 2nd stage and 3rd stage and it shows two stages next to each other and a third across from them when the person turns his camera around
yea the 2nd and 3rd next to each other but it was outside the stadium from the mainstage. i remember i came in about 2ish and i wanted to see drowning pool but by the time i walked there drowning pool would finished their set because you have to walk around to outside the stadium and walk around some more close to the parking to see the other 2 stages so i stayed and watched shadows fall on the mainstage
well i didn't really want to go there from when it started cuz it was just battle of the bands and bands i didnt really know. i mean i really wanted to see apocalyptika but i realized i couldnt make it on time. parking was a bitch, i had to walk like 2 miles to get from the parking to the stadium and also the bitch security were telling people to take off their studded belts. so when i got inside the stadium shadows fall was playing and it was tight.

All I remember is some metal benches to the left of Monster stage cause everyone was sitting there watching The Sword (who deserve a much bigger crowd than they got, I thought their recordings were iffy but live? Jeebus!)
the fucking wave was awesome dude! metallica took like 30 minutes to set up but it was worth it. seriously everyone did the wave like 10 times at least
damn the wave was fun!! And they did take forever, but oh well...it was worth it. It's not like everyone just sat there...nope...we did the wave!! :D Oh!! What was Ozzy spraying people with because they turned white after he hosed them...
hahah i saw that too, this one kid was crowd surfing and got sprayed with that white shit....fire extinguisher chemicals??? oh well, i wanted to get sprayed but i was too far to the right of the stage =[

actually side stages as in bands WERE done before Ozzy, unless you're talking about the BMX ramp then idk.
But trust me, those seats were filled before long. How else could we all do the wave? :)
