Clannad was a masterpiece and the first anime to ever move me to the point of tears. I'm glad I watched it because it turned me into a more sensitive and open-minded person, as well as brought me closer to my own family. This anime helped me figure out what's important in life truly I thank the maker.

I love the happy ending but watching this scene again, the story could've just ended here with this episode and I would've been satisfied as well. Because let's be honest, this scene looks like it could be the series' finale in any other anime with Tomoya finally coming to terms with all his inner demons: his dad, his negligence of Ushio AND his grief for Nagisa.
