It works! The cheap imitations don't work. I tried! Then I realized it cost $20,000 to get A/C in a Cirrus. I forked over the money for Arctic Air and it's a life saver. It really makes a huge difference. Wish I hadn't wasted money on the cheaper brand -- it's fan is too small and that's all it is -- a tiny fan. It makes no difference at all.
I use to work with surgeons who used a smaller device that would cool a vest they would wear during long hours of surgery. Glad to see they are using this upgraded technology for pilots! Awesome video!!!

@rnordquest I bought a Kooleraire. It is worthless. The air volume is too low to do any good.
