The British government is approaching this problem all wrong. They first need to restore gun ownership rights to law abiding citizens. Second they need to develop a program to allow the law abiding firearm carry permits. The biggest mistake Britain ever made was to ban firearms to it's people. I sounded my horn at a car that was about to pull in front of me this evening, as I thought the driver hadn't seen me approaching.
