I wish "The PPG" was higher. I grew up admiring these girls. "Where On Earth..." I wish I'd found this sooner. I love Carmen! I grew up on "Arthur" too, but only as a very little kid. What's with "Dexter" being better than PPG? Though I'll admit "Rugrats" is pretty funny. And "Magic School Bus" reminds me of the times we saw those in school. Yay Animaniacs and Batman, but Pokemon should be lower. Yeah, how can you beat "The Simpsons" and its crazy characters. No one EVER guesses my favourite!

A response to some of the noob comments here: Street Sharks and reboot were terrible and should not be mentioned on a best of cartoons list at all. Ninja turtles is a 80's cartoon. Look up 'The Maxx' on youtube, it's the best show on that list. The x men theme is blocked by WMG so the uploader had to use a default theme. Pokemon and Dragon Ball Z is overrated and gay. Yu gi oh sucks. Freakazoid isn't all that great.

i hate the simpsons because nothing ever changes from episode to episode. talk about the most lazy show ever. when the movie came out i thought with some hope; this might be the time that they will change something, maybe age the characters, maybe start a continuity for the rest of the show.
