Wat to go Mike, your squats are getting powerful man, you have bested my best competition squat of 451 well done man, you really are getting some serious power with that narrow stance lately. You may total 1300 sooner or later, you looked like you had more on the bench should of gone over 300 man! Also you looked good for more on the 315 x 20 squat, you are good at those high reps.
