I'm sure the DLC for SSF4 also works for arcade edition. I've upgraded my SSF4 to AE through DLC So I don't see why it's not the same for the DLC. I'd say try it out on the cheapest dlc and see if it's added.

yeah, there is a tanned color, though i forgot which color that was ^_^;

in any case, it is one of the alternate costume 2 colors, dunno about the regular and alt cos 1 if there's a tanned skin for those. just found it by accident sooo.... =P
