Fell upon these vids by chance in a desperate time. This one was also good and helpful until the god bit but I was able to pass over that. I don't feel it beneficial to mix science with superstition.

@globalman The god bit bothers me as well - I think it causes a disturbance in many people's energy systems and so diminishes the healing potential of the tapping session. But . . . Brad's heart energy comes through so strong and loving that it seems to make up for this glich.

At this time even though I do 3 of his vids a day, I do this one first, because of the circumstances I'm in. Even the bible states "As a person thinketh, they are". All my life I have heard to do affirmations that were not me, but it was always said that if you say it enough you will start to believe it! Unfortunately I have a long recovery process. As soon as I started tapping and as you spoke those first words, I burst into tears and just cried through the first round. By the end I felt much calmer and less fearful. The anxiety is still there but it has reduced dramatically in just a few minutes.
