Cause that's exactly the most stupid thing in your country - you would call police for the most absurd reasons (like kid peeing in a park or someone drinking beer in a public (of course, unless it's hidden in a brown paper bag - what a hipocrisy =D )).
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a racist at all and I also see many stupid laws and rules in my own country.
But why should someone who does no harm to anybody be prosecuted???
