well there was only a few clips that had subs, the rest were from dubbed episodes.

this vid's really badly edited, and youtube effed it up somehow when I uploaded it.

but I use the Cookie Cutter effect and pretty much just crop all the clips to the same size (usually I use a size around 370 ). Then if you click that little square thing on the clip that lets you change the size of the picture, and make the picture larger so the subtitle gets cut out.
