  • floor exercises can be hard at times cool demonstration, used to do this in soccer

  • nice

  • wow for my football team we do 10 of these everyday and we hold it for atleast 45 seconds the longest i think was like a minute and 45 seconds and its so hard but it helps your abs alot

  • the most situps i can do is bout 500 but my neck always hurts

  • because your doing them wrong

  • you're probably using the wrong muscles.

try focusing on using your abdominal muscles instead of your neck.

  • i can do 300 crunches but can only do 20 leg lifts. My lower abs are under developed ;(

  • how come shes not putting her legs high? in gymnastics we had to do like 40 and lift our legs to our nose >.>

  • Because it has no real extra effect:)

  • i like this video. im a model and my waist is about 23 inches, a while ago i went crazy with situps and gained 2 inches of muscle so it's taken time to get rid of it. anybody know any great ab exercises other than the plank that i could do without adding inches?

  • Suicide.

  • you little dick, I am a guy and I would love to add 2 inches to my ab muscles.

  • well she is a model and she doesn't want that maybe thats y she doesnt want them.

  • I feel it in my legs more but I can kinda feel it in my lower stomach

  • top 3 ab workout right here.

  • we had to do this in gym one time...my stomach was sooo sore the next day lol

  • truly the best ab exercise!

  • wut r hip flexors?

  • i do them for running man 30 min of abs every day this perticular movement always makes me uncomfortabl though i does give good results

  • do regular crunches on the floor help?

  • Crunches are good for building muscle, yes. But hanging leg lifts are much more effective

  • What they mean is the lower abs, nothing technical about it

i tried it and i do feel it in the lower abs

been doing it for about a week now and since i'm fairly thin to begin with, i'm doing it to tone up and i do feel the burn

  • Good to know very informative!

  • Absolutely right dude. There is no "lower abs", and no way to train them. The leg lifts work only the hip flexors.

  • Actually, sit ups are what work the hip flexors. Crunches and leg lifts are pretty much the best ab workouts. You could also do side presses, bent presses, Saxon side bends, windmills and full contact twists.

  • That excercises the hip flexors instead.
