If the bass frequencies go lower than 20Hz then you will not hear it as 20Hz is the lower limit of human hearing (roughly). If your sound system is good enough tho, you will definitely feel it.

It's somewhat like a fart: if it's silent, it's probably deadly, LOL.

no actaully any sound that u hear that is lower then your hearing range, u will hear it in that tone (nominally)

i can hear 1hz and feel 1 hz but it sound like about 15hz to me, except that i can only hear that tone as a snippet once every second

the 20-20000 hearing range, is an average range, its differnet for everybody, for example me, since i can hear a lot lower b4 it goes quite, may be it is your spekers that cant produce as low

Oh ok, well i hear that, its just really quiet. Is it below 20Hz? Cause if it is thats why I'm not hearing it. I have 2 15" 250 watt RMS dual voice coil subs. There both the same, on same model and brand of amp. The subs are DBX, amp i don't know, it sais "ADS Power plait" on it(Its old school, but i have a crossover on it). Model # are the same on the amps, and the subs are the same to. Amps are 180 Watt RMS, 2 channel.

Some frequencies are ideal for some speakers, maybe this isn't the best for your speakers, you know some basses fits some speakers... But it's definitely above 20 Hz...

Or maybe simply it's that strong bass in the song as you were expected... :)
