What I don't get is how does piper know how to use her fury powers. She doesn't even know how to use her witch powers

@Neify6301 Her witch powers are connected to her emotions. Piper is in a distressed state as a witch and so her powers are out of control. But fury powers aren't connected emotionally and Piper (as a fury) feels free and like she can do whatever she wants with no consequences, but then she realizes that she can't escape her pain of losing Prue.

@lovelylola010 Yes I noticed in every american films and series which are filmed in los angeles. One person dresses like in falls and the other dresses like in summer. I dont understand los angeles' climate. The first episodes of a series are filmed in July, so this episode could be made in July, in the middle of summer so I dont understand Piper and Phoebe's wearing.

But the spell backfired on her giving her huge boobs and making her the object of oogling because she used the spell for personal gain which she is not allowed to do.
