Bruce Bowen's tips have helped me as well as watching how he plays defence. Today I played a game and guarded the best scorer on the opposing team, who was a very quick guy with great stamina. Your opponent can do a ball fake to fake you out or something like that, but he can't go anywhere without his chest.
