  • Hidrogeno liquido

  • Thats cool hey look up ( this this that card trick ) that's me

  • Jep mythbusters

  • @dodgeviper173

sodium acetate (CH3COONa) *heated with* water (H2O) mixed with it at a 5:3 or 3:1 ratio = sodium acetate trihydrate *C2H3NaO2*3(H2O)*

which is sodium acetate with more hydrogen molecules

  • how did I get here?

  • @cbrock323 it is obviously an exothermic reaction, the reaction wouldn't be possible if it wasn't exothermic... and "any heat will trigger a rapid release of energy" ??? .. sorry but not true... to set off the chemical reaction you need a catalyst (which in this case is the sodium trihydrate) .. the rapidly moving/solidifying chemicals cause the massive release of energy (the "ice" actually gets really hot.. you'll burn your finger if you let it solidify on it.. notice he was putting in n out)

  • You could also put it in the freezer for 12 hours

  • i make instant noodle.

  • search HOT ICE

  • sodium acitate!!!!!!!!!

  • Comment removed

  • with what materials you make instant ice ?

  • @maximemf realy! last night i get a bottle out from the refrigerator and when i try to drint it (when it touch my lips) it was so cold i let it down and it FILL BROM TOP TO BOTTOM with ice! No truly hard but it was ice!!!!! WOW

  • what did you put on your finger?

  • It can be done another way. Distilled water in a very clean glass vessel won't freeze at 0. Ice needs particulates to grow on. Without that apparently it will remain liquid even down to -20! So get a beaker of that stuff, drop an ordinary ice cube into it and the ice crystals will grow and fill the container in a second.

  • thumbs up if they are so damn tired of this song being on every instructional video on youtube.

  • It was proven on mythbusters if you put a liquid into the freezer for just the right amount of time and move the molcules fast enough to turns to ice.

  • No it has not been supercooled he has simply made hot ice

  • thats the only action hes ever gonna get with his finger XD

  • Haha sodium acitate

  • that cant be real

  • ufailbro... almost owned your finger

  • What happens if he doesn't pull his finger out? xD

  • Thumbs up if you muted

  • whats the song

    name lol

  • Imagine your going to jump in a pool and right when you jump in the whole pool turns to ice... O .o

  • gayest trick ever

  • 3 hours in freezer ... just below freezing point...with a tap to disturb the molecules => ice no sodium bullshit or whatever! cool trick tho!!

  • that is obviously sodium trihydrate, it is a chemical that does that if u melt it then cool it off - then dip some solid sodium trihydrate (which he had on his finger) into the water and it will turn back into sodium trihydrate

thumbs up so everyone can see

  • @iCommenter66 its called an exothermic reaction and any heat will trigger a rapid release of energy. but im sure you knew that(;

  • @iCommenter66 i thought it was sodium acetate or are they the same?

  • lyin ass bitch

  • Because it's liquid doesn't mean it's water... He took the glass out of the fridge, so he probably put some chemical in before he started recorded, considering we didn't see him fill it with water. But it's still cool

  • @llamainacar13 You told me im dumb? Learn somethink about it and then say somethink stupid like this. If you wash your hands verry good with soap, reaction by tuching it will not happen.

  • @llamainacar13 sorry.

  • its not hot ice its has ]sodium acetate dissolved in it

  • fakeee

  • Instant ear kill

  • You must have dirty hands to do that reaction better. Try this experiment: Wash your hands verry good, and then tuch it. Nothing will happen.

  • but yes using Sodium Acetate is easier to do the same trick

  • Supercooling with pure water

  • hey what about keep your finger inside?

  • @mickeyyeung0528 HAHAHAHA

  • FAKE AND GAY^^

  • @stubzxdiex yup hes ku

  • @stubzxdiex No its called supercooling you noob lol

  • this is not water is sprite any body can do this

  • this is so fucking annoying.. got soda in the garage, and I can see it's not frozen.. when i bring it in to the house, it's bottom frozen!!

    I hate that lol <.<

  • just don't go swimming in this shit

  • @Cheeseball1066 don't say shit say sh!t shit is bad sh!t in't cuz it's spelled wrong

  • ..... its hot ice youtube.com/watch?v=z8UBaC8RzpQ&feature=related

link shows how exactly he does it

  • MAN I HOPE NOBODY WAS THINKING THAT IT WAS WATER BECAUSE ITS NOT.

  • yeah, did someone shove that freezing stuff down your head for U to think u just froze it with your BARE FINGER????

  • @646AWESOME

Actually I'd bet that ice is quite warm. The heat from your bare finger should be all it takes to freeze that. :D

  • Could this work with Calcium Acetate? I know that Sodium Acetate is made by reacting Sodium Bicarbonate (baking soda) with Acetic acid (vinegar) This is then heated to evaporate some of the water to make it more concentrated and then it is put into the fridge to chill. But I dont have any baking soda so could I used indigestion tablets instead (Calcium Carbonate) ?

  • Hah, you failed, i didint work at first..

  • hot ice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • simple....its vodka, beer has the same effect.

  • @angelgv123 not simple... it is sodium acetate dissolved in water and when you touch it it causes an exothermic reaction. see... NOT SIMPLE.

  • what did u stick in the water!

  • dude what was in the water. o.o

  • Dry ice

  • this is what Jesus did

  • wtf do you put in that water its a ??

  • this music makes me wanna punch a baby

  • sht.sht

  • Thats toilet paper :p

  • YOU JIZZED IN IT! I JUST KNOW IT!

  • you have sodium acetate in there. im not stupid. i did this before

  • So these are the tricks Jesus used.....

  • Stop using 009 Sound System music for videos. It's pissing me off.

  • its the hot ice effect what you do is mix a chemical with almost boiling water then touch it with your finger theN

    KAABBBOOOOOSSSHHHKAAAAAA YOU GOT HOTT ICE

  • rate dislike for not showing the trick :)

  • I KNOW HOW TO MAKE INSTANT ICE! its called a freezer DUH!!!!

  • thats a really stupid video

  • leave your finger in there and lets see what happens

  • how did youdo that

  • 009 sound system needs to die in a fire.

  • @cauberallies HEY fuck u

  • 256 people hate 009 Sound System as much as i do!!!!

  • Its sodium acetate.

  • but what happens if i leave ur finger in there lol

  • thats sodium accitate if its water drink it then so STFU

  • @bubus109 Dumb*ss. Sodium ACETATE (learn to spell) is also safe to consume; however, if it is supersaturated and brought below its freezing point, it freezes upon contact with a crystallized particle of sodium acetate. You can do this with water, but it has to be a supercooled liquid.

  • DRINK SOME IF ITS JUST WATER

  • Dude i woulded laught my ass off if you got you finger stuck in the ice

  • @TheRoberHo haha true

  • It is done like this youtube.com/watch?v=dIZmU-QESFg

  • INSTANT ICE MAKING SODA TERRIBLY DIFFICULT TO DRINK YOU ARE AN ASSHOLE

  • frosty da snowman can do da same thing

  • COOL HOW DO U DO DAT ?????????????????????????

  • This probbly hot ice (AKA Sodium acetate dissolved in water then cooled in fridge.

  • how did u do that

  • its hot ice

  • can i has some of yur a&w root beer? :) be your friend.

  • keep ur finger in there

  • if u keep your finger in it will it freeze it

  • What is sodium acetate and where can you get it from and how do you do this I wanna try

  • @ErinB988 its fcking salt!!!!!!!!

  • kuh. .nilagyan yun ng sodium acetate //

  • kool i did that wath a water botttle it like scared me loolz

  • @chloecutieheart how did u do it i wanna try!

  • If this is water, it is supercooled. If this is hot ice, it's super cooled. Either way, the same idea. And whoever said someone would die from consuming NaCl, please, please, please, please take Chemistry 1. NaCl (Sodium Chloride) is table salt. You were possibly thinking of HCl, or hydrochloric acid.

If it is NaC2H3O2, or Sodium Acetate (spelled as such and with no "i" - "acEtate" not "acItate"), or water, kudos on the experiment. Either one is fairly annoying to successfully complete.

  • @athf226

HCl is in our tummy! Lol, jk, it's the dose that makes something poisonous.

  • @athf226 shut up, nobody cares fag

  • @athf226 lol agreed

  • @athf226 nerd

  • @athf226 Sodium Acetate, like Sodium Chloride, is edible though it tastes horrible.

  • @athf226 I personally learned that in 8th grade while taking physical science but hey, different curriculums right?

  • @KrabeyNerd Haha, yeah. True.

  • @athf226 U know I'm a high school student and i understood this so u don't need chemistry 1!!!

  • its sodium acetate i made it for my school project

  • it works with beer too :P bet ur friends in a beer drinking contest, half freeze thier beer, and when you get ready to drink hit the top of their bottle and thier beer will freeze solid lol

  • can u drink that?

  • @jagaher no... u would die... lol...

  • @origamimaster1900 Not exactly die. I checked the pH value of it and it's neutral. Neither acidic nor it is an alkaline :)

  • Cant we just say it's magic? You people are using big words I dont understand and it's giving me a headache

  • @DouchebagProduction7 the name douchebagproduction is pretty long lol

  • how

  • So that's how Frozone does it!

  • god damn you people are stupid AS FUCK. the water is pure H2O and its supercooled. just because some idiot puts up a video on how to make hot ice doesn't mean anything freezing before your eyes is sodium acetate. and learn how to fucking spell

  • Ugh i want some sodium acitate now...just so i can do that shit

  • lol, your finger almost got frozen

  • soo what happens if i put this in a water gun and start spraying ppl

  • @RyanRadiculous it will freeze in the water gun before you shoot it but that would be funny

  • @RyanRadiculous itsfunny u spray people and it freezes bu if u slosh it around it frezes inn the gun

  • @RyanRadiculous try it

  • @RyanRadiculous what do you think?

  • @RyanRadiculous then they will become icesolated haha you get ice...no one laughs at my jokes =[

  • @RyanRadiculous It Will Freezze them WAIT Now thats a good idea lol.

  • fu. i wanted to see your finger get trapped in it

  • like*

  • sodium acetate

  • ok, now do it by showing us the water going in the glass out of the tap

  • when i tried it dint work

  • u all are stupid. u all must of failed science

  • theres sodium acetate in here.if u look closely u can see it.

  • what happens if you leave your finger in the ice?

  • all it is sodium acetate boiled down then supercooled in the freezer SIMPLE CHEMISTRY and i am only 12 years old

  • @dAiLyFuN100 is sodium acetate just regular salt?

  • @animegirl0091 No, then salt water would be magic, like this.

Sodium acetate contains sodium, which is also in regular salt (SODIUM chloride, NaCl), but is its own thing when isolated.

  • @quintus314 Where can you Sodium Acetate?

  • @animegirl0091 i bought a big bag on amazon for lie 5$

  • @animegirl0091 thats sodium chloride.

  • @KnexGod03 no its sodium acitate

  • @shadow0637 no its water dumb ass

  • @devin2002 ur the dumb ass. the soduim acitate is in the water. OBVIOUSLY ITS NOT JUST SODIUM ACITATE!!!!

  • @shadow0637 im the dumb ass?? but your spelling it wrong??? that water is super cooled. see how it moved when his finger is in it? sodium ACETATE is thick. try learning some shit before you try and troll me

  • @KnexGod03 if it was sodium chloride his/her finger would burn off. thats an acid. sodium aciate... well wont burn ur finger off

  • @shadow0637 sodium chloride is not an acid. look it up anywhere. hell ask your parents.

  • @KnexGod03 ..

    sodium chloride is neutral!!

  • Respond to this video...

  • @KnexGod03 what the fuck?!

  • wat the! *sarcasticley*

  • 0:41 EPIC FAIL xDDDDDDDD

  • its cute 0:44 he trying to do it hehe

  • sodium acetate. now try drinking water packed with tetrahydrocannabinol

  • hey guys stop insulting please ... well im a litle pervy so wen he was putting his finger in the water i was thinking about other thing xD (cant change myelf :P)

  • its sodium acetate not water

  • what did you put in the water

  • Make a swimming pool filled with that water and jump inside !

  • It's really interesting..

  • Ok just to top it off for all of you...

Sodium acetate and Supercooled water are the same in colour ...

Not the same in weight, Temp. and properties..

Nobody can tell what he used since he didnt inform us what he used..

But most likely its supercooled water since it came out of the fridge...

Supercooled water if you touch it hardly or shake it , It becomes instant ice..

Sodium acetate must be poured into a plate/Any flat surface..(Must have salt or a piece frozen sodium acetate to work) Now stfu

  • @Avarthas To make super cooled water in a cup you would need a sterile cup (with no sharp corners) , sterile water and nothing, including dust could fall into the water. To top it off, like you said he pulled it out of the fridge. Water doesn't freeze in a normally functioning refrigerator. It must be in the, wait for it, freezer to freeze! Now stfu

  • @01jerm10 You just said what i said..

    Are you actually that stupid?

  • @Avarthas Really? Do you actually speak english? "But most likely its supercooled water since it came out of the fridge..." It's supercooled water because it came from the fridge? "Supercooled water if you touch it hardly or shake it , It becomes instant ice.." You don't have to do anything rough to turn supercooled water to ice. Small vibrations can do it. Your statement clearly supports the theory of this being supercooled water. Please don't breed you stupid fuck.

  • @01jerm10 You're really cracking me up right now..

Dude please dont get on the internet that much..

You're helping youtube to get stupider than it really is..

Read some books mabye.. World of warcraft less..

    Yea that should help..

    Good day sir.

  • @Avarthas I have 141 credit hours of book time. You do not even have an argument, just a few half ass insults. You make it obvious that your education comes from a failed combined effort of Google and Youtube. Due to this I will not attempt to explain how supercooled water and sodium acetate physically look different after the physical transformation. Here is something you should be able to understand. Don't breed. Peace.

  • retard its not water its sodium acetate

  • he did it by adding sodium acetate in to it u heat it up into a pan of water over stove and w8 for it to desollve when it does put it in fridge in a glass to cool down and after 24hrs touch it it may take a few seconds and there u go!!! its called hot ice
