    Two questions: I notice that you do your teaser with your arms sweeping around rather than directly at the ceiling -- is this a variation? I found it easier to control the movement this way. But felt like I was using more momentum to lift up.

    How the heck do you keep your bellybutton in on those hip circles? Impossible to control! =)

  • yeah, that's how i was taught to do teaser. there are several variations though. and with the hip circles (and with everything) you get really good at what you practice a lot!!

  • I cant do the last work out the teaser I can do the first work out very well but not the teaser i cant get all the way up :( i guess my back is not strong enough?

  • could be hamstring flexibility. but, the teaser is all abdominal strength. it's an advanced move, so work your way up to it! good luck and keep me posted!

  • I just want to know, why do you point your toes? Is it better for the work out or do you think it looks good/sexy?

    I find this very sexy myself and honestly I think you should remove those socks to be even more sexier! haha

  • i was a gymnast and a dancer... it's habit, that's all. and it helps create the length we strive for in pilates.

  • oh boy; my hip abbductors and adductors are going to need some tuning before getting to that advance stage.

    I play tennis and dislocated my hipmany years ago, now i need to get the core back in shape to even last in matches.
