I think I have the same sheets as you on this one, and I'm learning it too. I think you do it really good, the only thing you could think of is to take those E F# chords with your right hand instead of your left, that will make it a bit smoother, at least it did for me.

Oh and in the beginning, just after the intro, the C E F# chords with your right hand should be one octave up.. Well thanks for this nice vid, I really enjoyed it.
