I played this at the highest difficulty setting (just to test myself) and killed this boss without using cheats. Easily the hardest boss in the whole game though. That jetpack move killed me at least nine times before I finally killed the guy.

You can really tell the folks at Raven had fun with designing this boss. He's cyborg King Kong...with a jetpack! I think the whole ascent up the towers, with all the radio chatter from attack fighters flying around outside, is just one big homage to King Kong, haha.
