DHCP messed up or someone wanted your IP to get in a new subnet (common on some campus networks). If you reboot it will probably fix its self. (you'll get a new IP). It doesn't mean that someone was hacking you.

I didnt see anyone dissapear... But there is one way to keep hackers from hacking into your computer. 1: Dont have it hooked into the internet, or 2: every hour check the connections on your network and on your computer and take your computer off the internet if you see an unfamiliar name.
