Its the powerhead of a internal Juwel filter. i never seen the base so i dont know the exact name sorry

Hi, there's no attachments so to speak only plugged into the electric socket.

(Weekly) i net up the waste and rake the coral sand-Do a 50% water change

I only rescape it if i catch holding females or add new fish.

and do you have trouble with sand? i mean, does your filter pick up all the fish crap?

2 external agua one 1200 and 1 internal Juwel filter, no trouble with the sand i move it about once a week and use a net to catch the crap etc
