  • After a dip in the pool of batter then drop into some Panko bread crumbs....you won't know what hit ya. The crunch is unbelievable. Also a dash of cayenne pepper to the batter kicks it up.

    OK np. Let me know when you try the panko, just make sure you oil doesn't go above 350 because they will brown and get too crunchy. Btw after you cover with the panko let them sit for about 15 mins to dry, you loose less of the bread crumbs and salt right after you take out of the oil.
