Cant understand why do airlines request their new crew to make total asses of themselves on their grad ceremony. I had to go through this as well and I hated it. Most of the crew here looked very uncomfortable doing this.Sorry guys :-(

I disagree with you. I am not a flight atttendent, but this is one way of maintaining bonding, unity & commitment for the airline.

You must be blind or uncomfortable with yourself obviously your performance at your previous airline was crap! and has tormented you too this day... Just one question? why are you watching airline graduation ceremonies, if you hate the fact that airlines implement this at the end of training. They where very good and looked entertaining, and to my understanding they had limited time to put this together.
