I have both a Mac, and a custom built PC.

I spent 3,400 on my Mac. Around maybe 2,000 for the PC. The PC has better specs, and triple-sli graphics cards, 18GBs ram, and much more. Sorry but Mac users don't understand anything, they don't realize what's in their Mac is in any other computer, the only cool thing Mac's have is a nice interface. Besides that the specs are shit in most of them. Lol. Nothing in comparison to a well-built PC running Linux. So Mac fans stfu? Thanks.

PC is better because you can do anything you want with it. You can put on any operating system, put in any hardware and make a supercomputer, and run any software. Mac limits you in many criteria, simple as that. For a general user a mac can be fine, for a fashion icon it can be fine but it is not for a power user. True if you choose to run windows on your PC there are more viruses but only because it is the more popular OS, not because it is less secure. Run a different OS and there are less.

It is far easier to get the programs and games you want for a PC, but there are an insane amount of errors. Mac Classic ruled. OSuX bytes the big one. Every new version of the OS makes half it's software obsolete. Ubuntu Linux... Well it's free...there are a fair amount of programs comparable to PC...but the games are low end. It's practically virus free though, and updates almost daily....and it's bloody free!!!

@Rorintosh Emulators NEVER run faster than the actual Operating System itself. That is FACT. Besides, I can build a Hackint0sh to run OS X on if I wanted to for over half the price of a Mac.

In addition, once Macs become popular, OS X will be as virus ridden as Windows. So, in effect, Macs are more prone to viruses than a regular Windows machine with a decent AV.

Lastly, why would you want people to think you're rich? Showing off how rich you are = Arrogance + Douchebaggery.
