@DogtailOwnsUAll the off duty cop wasnt the one who said it. besides even if he produced a weapon from the rear of his waist band he wouldn't have been able to use it. 1 cop looking down in an ideal position to kick the face, one cop on his back and another on his flank while the older gent (who was the off duty cop) had a firm grip on both his legs at the ankles. not to mention he was already cuffed and on his stomach. unless he tried to bite one of them he was at threat level 0. harmless.
@TankerFulyLoaded mate it's so rare to come accross someone with a gun in England, they have only just introduced tasers to british police and even now its only specific cops who get them. The reason why American cops approch vehicles so cautiously is because everyone has access to guns, i still haven't seen a single gun shop in Englandfor 16 years
American cops operate soooooooo much differently especially on how to approach a pulled over vehicle totally different this is a very unsafe traffic stop.

Sorry to say that but PC Lent wasnt in control "all times" look at around 3:45 the other two PC turns away then leave Lent alone with the bad guy...why didn't they escort that dealer to the police car together????? maybe hold his arms both sides? wouldn't that be SAFER?
