Forgiveness is great. But, that still does not give logically consistent algorithm for deciding who should forgive whom in a conflict. And, just because a jury thinks ("finds") a citizen ("convict") is "guilty" of anything in a conflict or war ("crime") doesn't mean you ("crime victim") are right. Maybe the "criminal" was justified in what they did and there should not have been a law against it.

Point is: nothing you say gives a fair algorithm for deciding who is (more) right.
