He's not OP.. like any champion, you have to know how to counter him. For the most part, if you're not overextended in your lane, you won't get ganked by him.

hey colby, why not use Q on smart cast, ik that you stress being careful about using it too early, but i always put all my spells on smartcast, and since doing so, i have had ALOT of sucess especially with nocturne, just throwin my few cents out there

This nocturne guy however can just shoot himself into your face and fear you without you having any way to counter that (unless you have a hard stun, but most champs don't)

If the VERY FIRST GAME that I played with him, against people in my Elo, I went 20-1-20 with the death being a tower death that didnt take my 1k gold.. He's OP.

hi i recently saw leaguetopten's nocturne guide and he uses the same jungle route as you but starts wit vampire sceptor. i think starting wit lifesteal is better o-o you should give it a try haha

I played nocturne during when he was free, won maaaany games. Ridiculous champ, fear needs to be nerfed, at least. OR the spell shield. either one. No assassin can take an equally-farmed tank in early game. Except for Noct.
why is nocturne not OP? his ult has ridiculous range. He basically has a free banshees veil like sivir but can leap across the map directly to you. in theory, an annie, veigar, or squishy that relies on CC is practically dead once he ults. also his ult cancels tf's ult of being able to see all the enemy champions. And if the possibility that there were to be a team fight in the bushes and your playing a ranged dps champion and you werent in the brush you'd have no sense of helping the team
@t00lazi He is balanced and for TF whoever uses his first will get it canceled what i am sayingis ifyou play noct andyou use your ult, then TF uses his then he will cancel yours and vice ver sa.
TF'sult is more Op sine you can travel the whole map starting from level 6
Outside of his shield, he has zero survivability. In team fights, he also has to jump in late or he can get focused. Adjut and adapt. He's VERY killable and not overpowered at all. He just punishes bad playing: Don't overextend and don't stay in lane with low hp.

He's too squishy to be OP. Have you tried carrying with him? You can output over 300k damage in a game,a nd pick up over 300 minion kills, and still lose. 1, his ult's range is not ridiculous (i.e. see TF/Shen/Panth/Caitlyn).
2, his spell shield can be broken by a single autoattack (i.e. autoattack, THEN stun). 3, this isn't a problem in ranked (i.e. DRAFT PICK). 3, that makes no sense; you help the team by not dying; duh.
so, to recap, a champion that has a spell shield like sivir is op, a champion that can counter tf ult (when it only takes a BV to block the vision of it) is op, and his ult that has the same rage as caitlyn's ult is op. hmmm if all of that is op then i guess the champs that also have them are op like tf, siver, and caitlyn even though they aren't. i think you're just rageing because you can't counter nocturne. btw banshee's will stop nocturns ult from making you blind.
@Lienheart83 you just summed up an entire team of champions with a single ability each. The problem with nocturne is that he has all of those abilities combined into one, which some people consider to be op. I'm not saying he's a unbeatable menace, but he does seem to be dominating the pubstomp scene right now, just like xin did when he just came out. the "omg op" shouts will die out when enough people find out how to deal with a nocturne.
yea i know the cries will die out once people can counter him but even so, he's not a one man team even with his abilities. and yea he is a great pub stomper but in higher elos he's not that hard to beat. still see alot of bad people playing nocturn and just failing hard with him.

He basically has a free banshees veil like sivir but can leap across the map directly to you. in theory, an annie, veigar, or squishy that relies on CC is practically dead once he ults. also his ult cancels tf's ult of being able to see all the enemy champions. And if the possibility that there were to be a team fight in the bushes and your playing a ranged dps champion and you werent in the brush you'd have no sense of helping the team

@t00lazi He is balanced and for TF whoever uses his first will get it canceled what i am sayingis ifyou play noct andyou use your ult, then TF uses his then he will cancel yours and vice ver sa.
TF'sult is more Op sine you can travel the whole map starting from level 6

Outside of his shield, he has zero survivability. In team fights, he also has to jump in late or he can get focused. Adjut and adapt. He's VERY killable and not overpowered at all. He just punishes bad playing: Don't overextend and don't stay in lane with low hp.

@t00lazi Uh, have you played with Nocturne extensively?
He's too squishy to be OP. Have you tried carrying with him? You can output over 300k damage in a game,a nd pick up over 300 minion kills, and still lose. 1, his ult's range is not ridiculous (i.e. see TF/Shen/Panth/Caitlyn).
2, his spell shield can be broken by a single autoattack (i.e. autoattack, THEN stun). 3, this isn't a problem in ranked (i.e. DRAFT PICK). 3, that makes no sense; you help the team by not dying; duh.

so, to recap, a champion that has a spell shield like sivir is op, a champion that can counter tf ult (when it only takes a BV to block the vision of it) is op, and his ult that has the same rage as caitlyn's ult is op. hmmm if all of that is op then i guess the champs that also have them are op like tf, siver, and caitlyn even though they aren't. i think you're just rageing because you can't counter nocturne. btw banshee's will stop nocturns ult from making you blind.

@Lienheart83 you just summed up an entire team of champions with a single ability each. The problem with nocturne is that he has all of those abilities combined into one, which some people consider to be op. I'm not saying he's a unbeatable menace, but he does seem to be dominating the pubstomp scene right now, just like xin did when he just came out. the "omg op" shouts will die out when enough people find out how to deal with a nocturne.

yea i know the cries will die out once people can counter him but even so, he's not a one man team even with his abilities. and yea he is a great pub stomper but in higher elos he's not that hard to beat. still see alot of bad people playing nocturn and just failing hard with him.
