Den borrar också! Man bara byter verktyg och kör borrfilen. All kod genereras av en gratis plugin till Eagle som heter "pcb-gcode"
Kortet blev inte helt lysande, troligen pga att jag körde med "constant velocity" så den interpolerade bort lite hörn och skarpa kanter i faten, ska testa att tweaka inställningarna i programmet lite, det är en ganska hög inlärningskurva!
Maila gärna mig om du har något litet synthrelaterat kort i Eagle-format så jag kan testa.

Thanks! The spindle is a Suhner AW FSE 1050, good price and quite low noise.
I'm thinking of making a few boards soon and maybe crank it up to 5000mm/min just to see if the results are usable!

I could probably do 5000mm/min but the results is not that nice, the speed and mass twists the machine a bit.

My machine is controlled from Mach3 software.

My machine works very well but it is an old version, the newer models are even better!
