@faceityourdumb No actually they shoot it in a vein, and blood poors out. the cow doesnt die. they patch it up afterwards and do it again when it gets blood back.

It would even taste better if they cook the blood. Easly boil it and it would turn to look like scramble egg but a very darker one.
