It's from Batman the Animated Series.  I think it's from the first season or maybe the second...anyway the episode is called Zatanna.

Back when there was only Batman Animated Series Poison Ivy( who was re-vamped on the comic due to the series) , and Harlquinn , created for the series were my favorit e animated characters. I dont Know the reason but Catwoman episodes and herself as character eree dull, since she is a well portrayed character on comics, total Mystery. On the JlU series , the best charcter is Hawk-Girl, or Shayera for me, she evolves in many ways, has a relationship with Gl.
