  • the thermax is awesome it works so good my grandma had one and gave it to me because she didn't like having to change the water and she said she traded her rainbow in for it when my father was in high school and it didnt break until our basement flooded

  • Yes the Rainbow is ancient...and as you know, things get better with time. The Rainbow was invented before wall to wall carpet and padding, and the basic design has not changed in 74 years. Rainbow salesmen please do not comment if you have never actually tested the Thermax!

  • The AF2 has more airflow...it picks up the dirt off of the foundation under the padding. The water clears up after you get the buildup and it picks up 90% of the water when steam cleaning...only 30-40 minutes till completely dry. Guaranteed to help with Allergies.
